These terms govern authorized use of Yashotantra CRM, an internal sales and relationship management workspace operated by Yashotantra Technologies.

Authorized use

Use of the CRM is limited to invited team members and administrators. Keep your login credentials private and do not share access with unauthorized people.

Workspace responsibilities

Users are responsible for entering accurate business information, respecting applicable privacy laws, and using customer data only for legitimate business purposes.

Acceptable conduct

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or access records outside your authorization.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the CRM reliable but may perform maintenance or change features as the business evolves. Access may be suspended when required for security or compliance.
